Yoga with Liz Chabra

6:15 - 7:30 PM  Kundalini Yoga, all levels welcome.  This practice is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices; Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increased consciousness.  This practice is an open level practice, but some experience o yo is preferable.

8:00 - 9:00 PM  Levels 1 and 2.  Improving body functionality requires learning the fundamentals and practicing yoga alignment through asana or bomdypostures, basics of breathing, chanting, mediation and deep stretches.  this practice is good for all levels.
