Land Use
The Land Use Committee is an ad hoc committee, whose members are appointed by the mayor. Its primary responsibilities are to objectively review building permit, demolition, and variance applications for compliance with Garrett Park ordinances and to make a recommendation to the Town Manager, the Mayor, and the Town Council.
