Exercise Class

Certified Instructor Candy Robertson welcomes all levels to participate.   

Wednesdays and Fridays, 11 AM - Noon

1-hour class; drop-ins ok !  

$10 per class.

Strength Training & Pilates

Improve tone & muscular strength; increase cardio endurance

Increase flexibility; improve balance

Includes floor work for core strength

The class is designed for all levels and all ages by using different resistance bands and different weights that you choose.

Bands provided; YOU bring your mat and weights
