Exercise Class

Certified Instructor Candy Robertson welcomes all levels to participate.   

Wednesdays and Fridays, 11 AM - Noon 1-hour class; drop-ins ok !   $10 per class.

Strength Training & Pilates Improve tone & muscular strength; increase cardio endurance Increase flexibility; improve balance Includes floor work for core strength

*** The class is designed for all levels and all ages by using different resistance bands and different weights that you choose.

Bands provided; YOU bring your mat and weights
