A Special Town Council meeting will be held on Thursday, April 25 at 7:30 pm. One of the items on the meeting agenda will be a public hearing during which Town residents can share their thoughts on the proposed FY 2025 budget.
The public hearing will be held at the beginning of the meeting, so please arrive at Town Hall or log onto Zoom right at 7:30 pm. If your schedule makes it impossible to do so, you’re invited to submit your feedback directly to the Town Office by emailing Town Manager Barb Matthews at Barbara.Matthews@garrettparkmd.gov. Any emails received will be shared with Mayor Welch and the members of the Town Council.
Following the public hearing, the Mayor and Town Council will continue their deliberations concerning the FY 2025 budget as well as attend to other business matters. The meeting agenda packet is posted to the website here under "Documents for this month's meeting" and was sent out via the list servs on Monday, April 22.
